Membership in the Minority Faculty/Staff Association (MFSA) is open to all faculty members and staff employed at The University at Buffalo, regardless of religion, age, race or color, marital status, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.
Dues: $25 per person annually. Dues become payable at the beginning of each academic year (September 1st through August 31st) and qualify an individual as a member for the year.
The following provides two options to pay your membership dues to MFSA:
- Complete Membership Application (PDF) and send check or money order (payable to Minority Faculty & Staff Association (MFSA)).
- If you are a state or research foundation employee and wish to pay your membership dues by payroll deduction, please complete the Payroll deduction form (PDF).
